Message	if that is the case. When I checked yesterday, Ash is the ONLY contact listed on the site. Remove his COMPLETELY and add Nick/whoever will actually answer instead. I remember Ash saying he hired people specifically for customer service reasons...yet he doesn't use them? Retarded.
